Today, the Minnesota Supreme Court delivered a ruling that should end our months of waiting. The court said Al Franken won the election and should become the new senator from Minnesota. It’s time to celebrate—Minnesotans can expect to be fully represented in the U.S. Senate, with Sen. Al Franken soon joining Sen. Amy Klobuchar to fight for us on health care reform, workers’ rights and so many other issues that affect working families.
We’re asking all Minnesotans to join us for a gathering outside the state Capitol tomorrow at noon to celebrate the court decision and our soon-to-be-filled second Senate seat.

Join us tomorrow to celebrate the court decision and our soon-to-be-filled second Senate seat. Please RSVP here so we know you’re coming.
Thank you for all that you do and we look forward to seeing you at the rally!
Forty-nine states have had two votes in the Senate for months. How much longer will Minnesota have to wait for its second Senate vote?
Minnesota's recount process has examined every vote and given all parties a chance to be heard—61 percent of Minnesotans think the recount has been "fair, impartial and accurate." Yet we still are waiting to have a second senator to represent the interests of our citizens.
Sign our petition urging Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Secretary of State Mark Ritchie to certify the election and give Minnesota its full Senate representation as soon as the Supreme Court rules on the recount!

Petition Text:
As a resident of Minnesota, I am concerned that we be fully represented in the U.S House and Senate, particularly as we take on such critical priorities as rebuilding our economy, making health care more affordable, bringing green jobs to the state and reforming the banking system to protect working families.
Minnesota's current congressional delegation is hurt by the absence of a U.S. senator to represent the interests of our citizens.
Sincerely,[Your name]
